Public art installation, Yahara River way, Madison, WI. Proposed to the City of Madison Arts Commission, Blink Grant, September through November 2008.

Sculpture installation, using fabric, bamboo, rope, photovoltaic solar lighting. 15 lanterns, 8-15in, hanging in a stand of trees, like cocoons, then cascade down, across the river, glowing alive at night.
